Your shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart at the time of check out, before you confirm your order.
LusterForever.com, the discount online jewelry store, is committed to protecting our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days before being approved for shipment. Note: Orders requiring ring re-sizing take up to 5 additional days to complete.
Once your item has left our distribution center, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive. We are proud to offer Fedex and USPS to all continental US location and worldwide. You will receive email notification of your order shipping status and tracking number. You may check your shipment status at Fedex.com or USPS website's order tracking page.

Delivery to Your Door
Order and receive your purchase without leaveing the comfort of your own home through our online jewelry store. All orders to U.S. & Canada street addresses will be shipped via USPS with Fedex as your option. Orders delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address will be delivered by the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail.
Signature Requirement
For your protection, your shipment requires a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. Signature is required for all of our delivery, no exceptions.
Shipments to Addresses Other than the Billing Address
For your protection, merchandise orders over $1,000 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.
Order Cancellation
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If the order has shipped, simply call our customer service to obtain return authorization number. We will treat it as merchandise return in our 30 Days warranty.
