Return Policy

We at Luster Forever, the online shopping jewelry store, strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee on every item of merchandise as it's described on our Web sites. You're eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to any reason, simply contact our customer care department to get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or we will replace it - no questions asked. However, all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.


Return Authorization Number

Please note that all returns must have a return authorization number from our customer care department. A return without an authorization number will be rejected and no refund will be given. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for return processing through our facility. Please include the original shipping document when you return the merchandise. If you do not have the original shipping document, please fill out and enclose the return purchase form with the item. Call our customer care department at 1-800-763-1748 to obtain a return authorization number. Your refund would be processed usually within 10 business days of receipt and verification of merchandise. On partial order returns you will receive a refund or credit for the items returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will pay for return shipping only if we made an error on the order.
When returning item(s): Please be sure to package your return properly to ensure the fine, gold jewelry will arrive in good condition and be sure to record your shipment tracking number. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any return for which we cannot verify our receipt of the merchandise. We also recommend that you purchase carrier provided insurance to cover your loss in the event the merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment. Luster Forever will not be responsible for any loss from return shipment. Please note that any return we receive in which the merchandise and/or the jewelry packaging is not in new, sellable condition may be denied credit. This includes any return on which the package has been written, marked or otherwise defaced. Purchase price will not be refunded until the merchandise has been received and restocked by Luster Forever.


Repair Items and 90 Day Defect Warranty

If the merchandise becomes defective within 90 days from the date of shipment, lusterforever.com will repair it free of charge. Please call our customer care department at 1-800-763-1748 or email us to let us know. You will receive a UPS return label. Simply ship it back to us and our jewelry experts will inspect the merchandise to determine the course of action. We will put forth our best effort to repair the items. If the merchandise cannot be repaired, we will replace the merchandise with a brand new piece of jewelry from our discount jewelry website.  In the event that we cannot repair or replace the merchandise, we will refund your original purchase amount (including your shipping and handling). Please note that merchandise altered by a 3rd party or abused will not be covered under our 90 Day Defect Warranty.
Luster Forever can repair your purchase after 90 days. You will need to ship the merchandise to us at your cost. After we inspect it, we will give you a repair quote. We will only repair it if you agree with the quote and authorize us to do so. If you elect not to have Luster Forever do the repairs, we will send the merchandise back to you.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs.


Promotional Items & Free Gift

All free gift or promotional items with purchase must be returned with the merchandise that is being refunded. No refund will be given if the free gift or promotional items are not returned with merchandise.
