Is it safe to purchase jewelry online?

What if the shipment is lost?
All of our shipment is insured by the carrier. So you are risk free. For added security, delivery signature is required for all of our shipment.
What kind of payments do you accept?

Do you ship orders outside the United States?
At this time, Lusterforever.com accepts orders for the United States, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO. For your added protection, we will not ship merchandise if we cannot verify your billing address.
Orders shipping to U.S. Territories may only be shipped via FedEx International Priority® and may require additional business days for delivery. Likewise, orders to APO/FPO ship via USPS and may also require additional days for delivery.
How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Delivery time for USPS is usually 5 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. For a FedEx overnight delivery is the next business day (depending on item availability). Please allow 5 business days for requested item alterations such as, screw backs, ring sizing etc. We are sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

When will I receive my order?
Lusterforever.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Items shipped by USPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Care Representative for shipping details when you place your order.
What if I need my ring to be sized?
Non-standard ring sizes require sizing. Standard size is 7 for ladies and 10 for men. Sizing adds up to 5 additional business days for processing. Not all rings can be sized. Check each product page for available sizes. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer care representative for any questions regarding your purchase.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in the state of California. We are required by law to collect and submit sales tax in states in which we have a physical presence.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift messages?
Yes, we do. If you are sending it as gift, we will provide personalized gift messages free of charge if you request. Your order comes with a jewerlry box. However, for additonal $4.95, we can also send your gift in one of our gift boxes. Just click gift box service when you check out. You will be asked to input your gift message and/or select gift box for each individual item.
