However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. Because we have great faith in our merchandise, we offer 90 days free repair guarantee for defective merchandise. Please notify our customer care department as soon as any problem arises. We will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a jeweler professionally inspect it and determine the proper course of action. Luster Forever stands behind their merchandise and will try to repair it first - and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item. When Returning Item(s):
Please be sure to package your return properly to ensure that it will arrive in good condition and be sure to record your shipment tracking number. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any return for which we cannot verify our receipt of the merchandise. We also recommend that you purchase carrier provided insurance to cover your loss in the event the merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment.
